When ordering , it doesn't tell you when your goods will arrive , had to phone up & find out waited 2 weeks

Still haven't received these items after a 3 week wait , I contacted them as was told the gift set is on advanced order yet it didn't state that in my order window . They have already taken one payment from my PayPal in 3 account and another payment is due soon. The latest is it will be shipped 18th November nearly a month late ! So will wait to see if they do or I will be requiring a refund . These items I could have bought in the shop as I saw them but decided to order online when I got home . So I can't really understand the delay as they were available in store. Really disappointed with the service
