Very good service both delivery and telephone. We ordered 2 chairs both were delivered promptly, but 1 chair was faulty. it was resolved quickly and a new chair was delivered and checked by a very nice delivery man, Paul. Will definitely use the gift company again.

The item we bought from your Trentham Shopping Village when we got home to Manchester was faulty as the shop assistant had not told us that the battery compartment had been de-faulted. What is the use of a water globe if you cannot use it.

Quick delivery and lovely fragrance. I personally prefer the sweet pea and honeysuckle. My parents prefer the lemon lavender. They have a range of affordable options too. But you might need 2 diffusers for a large space to ensure that the fragrance is noticeable.
