The operator was amazing and did a fantastic job sorting out our electricity deal. He was also very nice and had great manners. He deserves a pay rise.

After a very frustrating day trying to deal with the inadequate agl website, it's self help etc and waiting ages then getting disconnected, I was not in a great mood!! Marisol was clear, supportive, informative and professional. I am very happy now!
