I started off with Christine (Sorry if that's not your name... :/ ) She was super helpful and Lovely and made sure to check off my details in a timely manner. I was then Passed to Nicholas Crott, What a lad. Absolute 10/10 experience, he ensured to give me all the rates and charges I asked for and ensured I was on the best available deal on their system for new address and area. He even offered to help arrange my disconnection and check the Internet for my area, What a great experience. :) Lastly, I got to speak to a manager, named Samuel. He was incredible. He came onto the phone with absolute gusto to ensure that I understood what plan I was getting, with which retailer and to make sure I understood that Electricity Monster Was not the retailer but instead the Brokerage service. Absolutely incredible! Thanks Electricity Monster.
