Australia | 16 June 2022We were booked in for a conection between 1pm and 6pm Tuesday 14th June , recieved a sms 9am Tuesday morning stating conection would be in 30 minutes. Rushed to appartment to wait only to find contractor driving out of car park , stopped car only to be told connection was done and he didn't need to access apartmeny .Feel better comunication would have saved us a lot of stress.
