Liam was a wonderful help he was understanding of the fact that I was working at the same time and had to keep answering phones while speaking with him, not only did he get my electricity and gas connected he organised the disconnection from the old address and helped me setup my Internet connection, he really took the stress out of the situation

Is this company a shill for energy providers? How else can Origin Energy have such a high rating on ElectricityMonster? Origin is great at taking your money but cannot seem to sort out anything else. Choose another supplier if you want a reliable and competent provider! Have contacted Origin for over 2 weeks regarding moving property, system and staff are too incompetent to handle a simple request Have nothing in place to allow connecting via email, every single thing requires calling up. This company doesn't seem to know that most people work during their office hours. Cannot even find your gas or electricity meter number (!!) Not even after you locate your own meters they still cannot find the right numbers. What a joke

The customer service officer was very helpful and courteous. He explained the process and the terms and conditions of the contract. He also made mention of special deals and advantages that comes with the connection. Overal I found it very straightforward.

Today we sorted electricity accounts for two properties with Joel Young. I have to commend him for his patience and the ease of communication with him. He made the whole process easy, simple & straight forward. The plans save us money it was fortuitous he called as we were discontent with our current providers. We are happy with his performance ‼️
