Alex was amazing! His customer service skills go above and beyond. He found a great deal for me at the last minute which allows me to move on time and he made the process of connecting electricity smooth and effortless. After having spoke to 5 other companies and completely disheartened by the process he literally saved the day and has already saved me $394, including the $100 voucher I receive this ends up totalling to just under $500. The best bit about it is I know my electricity is renewable which makes me even happier. Thank you Alex!!

Spoke to Suhayl today at Electricity Monster regarding new Electricity plan. I have had issues with the Energy Australia and there honesty about the way they conducted business. Suhayl was able to organise a new supplier and set it up for me in a very short period of time. Really appreciated his honesty and concern for me as a customer. Have had major issue with more than one company of recent years, find it very annoying when the consultant is all about push push push instead of the interest of the customer. Well done. Clear, concise, honest. Should be more like him.

Excellent communication and courteous staff, especially Reuben who helped setup my account. I gave 4 stars since I was misguided that payments are accepted from AMEX, while the Energy Provider I spoke to afterwards, clarified they only accepted VISA and MC. Otherwise, excellent support. Cheers!
