Extremely polite, very well spoken, clear and was very easy to understand as well as when i had a question he knew what he was talking about, offered me better deals and bundles i wouldnt have got had i done it all online. Also when he put me on hold to transfer the call, he was so polite about it that i didnt even mind the wait. When the call cut out, i panicked thinking i would have to wait for ages again to repeat everything and i would have to call and try get the same guys back.. but he literally called back in seconds and apologised profoundly and got me back up to speed in seconds. Awesome service, best ive had. Also when i was transfered and put on with jack, who also went above and beyond to help me with what i was looking for in terms of my gas and electrical needs. 10 out of 10!! Keep it up fellas top stuff 👏🏾

Australia | 07 February 2022I had applied online to have electricity and gas connected at my property through Energy Australia, given a day for connection but received no correspondence at all, which left me unsure if the connections had taken place. The previous tenant had not disconnected the electricity and gas when they'd left, so that made it more difficult to know. I called Electricity Monster today to gain answers to my questions. I was put through to Elijah, who has great communication skills, he was so patient with me as I tried to explain what my issue was. He was able to uncover everything that had happened, and explain it all to me without making me feel stupid for not having been aware of anything. Although that's how I felt having to call up and try to explain myself. It was great to have such an understanding member of staff to talk to, he was gentle and easy to open up to. Not everybody has the ability to be able to easily settle an anxious customer, but this, Elijah did with confidence and very naturally, he is a breath of fresh air and deserves more than the average days pay for helping me out so well and so quickly. I'd be happy to buy this man a few beers!😁 I am incredibly grateful for his expertise and the smile on my face. I was very happy with the results Elijah was also able to give.
