Laptop arrived in good packaging and fast delivery as well. It seems to be running very well. It’s only been 1 week but so far so good.

3 stars for product (a few issues always resolved) but 5 stars for customer service. Issues with laptop one then laptop two were resolved quickly, and respectfully, by Ben. Happy with the third and final laptop received. I believe this was an unusual situation and will recommend the tech outlet in the future.

Found this company through a google search and so glad I did! After reading all the Trust Pilot reviews, I emailed on Monday with a long list of requirements for a laptop. Ben emailed back quickly and after a few emails, he recommended one for me. Ordered Tuesday afternoon and it arrived by 9am Thursday! 12 months warranty too on a refurb which to me is a fantastic deal.

Fantastic customer service and products, I ordered a new Laptop (excellent condition btw) that had a problem, this was replaced the next day as i needed the lap top for training. Will be using these guys for any computer issues in future couldn't recommended them higher
