I bought from this company a short while ago, I've had Dell computers that have been refurbished by others in the past too. This one turned up in pristine condition, no visible marks on top, a slight scuff mark on the bottom, but only if you're looking for it. So all round a good buy for an office computer, hence the onboard integrated graphics card. As for service, the company is great, and they're are only an email away, where someone will get back to your email if you have any problems, within 24 hrs There is also a phone number to call. So far, I've not had a lot to do with it, it was bought for a work job company and since then they've pulled the job out from under me. A sign of the times, but I still have a new Laptop to play with. I do recommend this company, even though I bought this laptop on a whim, the price was very good, the components are good enough. Afterall they are out of date 6 months down the line, no matter what you buy. I've not had any problems with them. This is what you want when you buy from an unknown Company.

Laptop arrived a day earlier than they said it would lol. Good machine, even if it is refurbished, 12 month guarantee & saved on getting new. Happy days.

Excellent quality of service and communication from Tech Outlet. Product well packaged when arrived and is as stated. Only issue with transaction was UPS Delivery but that isn’t Tech Outlets doing and Trust Pilot reviews of UPS tell you everything about them. Laptop itself is both fast and of a good build quality. I will use Tech Outlet again.

Easy purchase, delivered on time and product was in great working and physical condition.

I wanted a 15” laptop with Win 10, 8GB+, illuminated keyboard and a mid capacity SSD. Economic laptops with illum. keys are hard to find. The Tech Outlet advertised one. Responses to questions and all communication were quick and excellent. Everything about the laptop is good: the power supply, screen and casing look like new. Very good product and service.

I recently bought a laptop to work remotely at home, although it was late in delivery, Tech Outlet refunded the Express Delivery Charge without delay or quibble. They were very helpful on the phone when I needed advice about tracking the parcel and said they had lots of other laptops to send out if the first one was lost / stolen.
