Machine arrived safely, on opening the box all seems fine so I powered it up. Fine tried to install my email addresss. Some slight error notification. Decided to download the user manual on my iPad, did noticed that there is no DVD slot. This is not good as I need one for all my files/photos are on dvds. Advise??

Excellent customer service and competitive prices. I inadvertently ordered a computer without a touchscreen. Without much hope, I contacted the company and was given the option of either returning it for a full refund or keeping it and using it until they could find me a suitable replacement. The fault was mine, so I was delighted with their response. Would definitely recommend.
