Very professional. Have no complaints so far. This is my second time working with ICM and my 3yr old reverse camera still works as advertised. My only gripe is the customer service / friendliness. It's all business with ICM, if you spent a few minutes getting to know your customer it might create a long lasting relationship. I don't even know the name of the person I spoke to when I brought my car in. No one introduced themselves. It was just hi, your the ML and on to business... Lol. It's the only reason I am not giving a five star review. Still great work and services. All the best.

I called and within the next hour, I was at their office. They gave me two hours. But after nearly 60 minutes utes they called to say the car was ready. Fast, efficient and friendly people. Very good service.
