Very positive experience with In Car Music. Had a reverse camera installed 3 months ago which was all good. Unfortunately water got into the camera when I went to the car wash. In Car Music team replaced the whole camera unit under my 1 year warranty and even reinstalled it in a different location so the issue does not occur in future. Wonderful customer service, would highly recommend!

I bought a 2018 Mercedes C Class AMG Line. Unfortunately it had the standard Audio 20 system with those awful HK 4” woofers. Additionally, it didn't have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto (missed it by one year). Anwar and his team installed the Apple/Android retro kit and upgraded my 4” woofers and the pillar tweeters with wonderful Focal speakers. The job is first class and they didn’t damage any of the sexy inlays or panelling, all within a few hours of me arriving. Very excellent and knowledgeable company. Previously had rear speaks put into Vauxhall Astra 2016, by another audio company and all speakers in the car stopped working. Called In Car Music, they booked me straight away. Told me that my car only has 2 channels and the other company should of not put in rear speaker without adding an amplifier. In Car Music were quick to find the problem and solution, very honest and trust worthy staff. In under an hour, they got original factory car speakers working in the car and they did not over charge me for making the speakers work. They have a customer for life and I highly recommend. I was recommended to this place by a friend as I was looking for sound upgrade and security for my new VW Transporter T6.1. I was very happy with the advise and price I was given and ended up having both the sound system and car alarm done by this place. I had a Pandora Mini BT Car Alarm installed and had hertz component speakers in the front door and hertz underseat subwoofer in a custom box, powered by a 4 channel amplifier. The sound system is awesome, sounds great with good mids / highs /bass and very clean sound. The after-sales demonstration was great and explained everything I asked.
