Had these guys order and fit the Pandora Elite v2 high-end car security system. Did a fantastic job, clean tidy and on time, even the price was the best out there. I would highly recommend these guys and will have no issues with using them again

I been coming to IN CAR MUSIC store for many years from a teen to an adult and it always keeps getting better every year i come. They never have old products always new season things. I have done so many of my cars there in the past and they are quick and reliable from what i remembered. They don't waste time and they don't let you wait around. Great customer service and so many products to pick in store and fitted on the same day without waiting for days and weeks for part being ordered. Their prices for products are also reasonable.

I had a fault on my car strero today. My amp / bass was playing properly. I took it to in car entertainment they traced the fault the head unit. Replaced it with a new one at a good price. My son has had his strero and amp fitted here so I thought I would try them. I recommend them highly . We all want value for money these days. 2

A really great experience and worth the 90 min drive over to them. I replaced the stock stereo in a BMW X5 with a custom fit xtrons with all the bells and whistles. It’s a great addition, reasonably priced and the fitting was done within an hour. Feels like we have a new car. Very happy

They fit in my radio only thing i fronrd on, after discussing payment there was a fitage problem instead of calling me to find out whats left in my pocket financially in order to add on the needed part an proceed, they did it anyway. An told me after. Can't be doing that. Not happy

ICM provided a great experience from initial call of booking. On arrival my car was well looked after and Apple CarPlay was upgraded successfully. Was worrying about rattles or other electrical problems as a result of pulling the interior about for replacement speakers, and fitting an amp/sub in Giulietta. With hindsight, I need not have worried, because the guys provided good advice, and did a great job, for a fair price. There was a slight suppression noise which they addressed without any hesitation. Been back since and they supplied and fitted/hard wired a dash cam. Very happy with their service and like to support a local business. Will definitely use again.

I was in contact with Anwar via email as I wanted to upgrade my car stereo to an Apple Car Play one. I got all the information I needed and the response was prompt. I was quoted a good price which I happily accepted. One the day of install they were quite busy however my car was ready earlier than expected. Jonathan installed my Sony Apple Car Play Head unit along with a facia. He not only kept me informed of the works but also showed me how everything works when I collected the car. I’m very happy with the work and customer service. 5 ⭐️S from me and I highly recommend.

Worst service ever! I ask them to replace touch screen, so they "replaced".. First of all, they didn't connect cables properly ( people in other auto service told me that everything not working properly just because of that, they even was surprised that everything was done in "auto service".. second thing.. when they replaced old touch screen to new one, I didn't get back MY old touch screen I get THE SAME which is not mine ! My bad is only that I didn't check what they gave me back. I just saw that is not mine when I was at home.. Don't really understand who is writing good reviews ( maybe friends) because as I see many people are not happy! Don't go there if you don't wanna waste your money and have more problems !!!
