We are thrilled that our 100yr old bath has been restored to it's former (if not better) glory! Not only did Cecil did an incredible job but his customer service was outstanding: so polite, understanding, considerate. He took great care and pride in his work. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic results and quick service

Cecil was polite, on time, courteous and very efficient. He was a tidy worker and we are delighted with the end result. In addition he provided some helpful after care tips.

Just moved in to my new home and noticed that the shower tray was very tired and had a possible crack in it. Rang Mendabath to see if they could help. Stephen had me jumping up and down in the shower while I was on the phone just so I could report back if the crack opened up at all. The information I gave coupled with a picture told Stephen that it was repairable. He gave me what I thought to be a good price and an appointment was made. He turned up on the given day on time with his mate and just got on with it. The finished repair looked like a new shower tray had been fitted. Brilliant! Friendly professional and excellent value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again should the need ever arise.

David did such a great job of a chip in our enamel bath. It was done within a few hours and honestly you can’t even really see where it was fixed! Would highly recommend!

We have an early sixties turquoise cast iron bath which was seriously looking it’s age. Steve is obviously a very experienced renovator and he has managed to return the bath to nearly as new condition. It is currently in vogue to have coloured suites and so our bathroom now is not only pristine but bang up to date.

Extremely impressed with the new finish to what was a very discoloured & faded bathtub. Now looks as good as a new bath. Cecil did a brilliant job, professional, courteous, very clean tidy workman, nothing was too much trouble. No hesitation in recommending.

Soon after having a new ensuite shower room fitted there was a bit of an accident and our new vanity sink had an enormous chip in it with two cracks going off at either side. Replacing it would have been very costly so we sourced a repair through Mendabath. Andy came around one week after the appointment request was made and explained everything that we should expect. He took the time to do the job properly over 3.5 hours and when finished, he showed me the results and I could not believe my eyes. The sink looked like brand new again, no sign of any chis anywhere. Andy explained the after care of the damaged area and left the area clean and tidy. Absolutely 100%would recommend.

Richard from Mendabath came out to our rental property recently. Initially he was booked for a repair to a single damaged patch, but it soon became clear that a complete renewal of the enamel was needed. Had my bath resprayed in September 2022,now needs to be resprayed.Mendabath wasn’t honest about the product they sold me.Very disappointed.I can’t recommend them.Now need to pay again for the bath to be resprayed.

Found a crack in our fibreglass bath which was causing a leak and emailed Mendabath they were able to come out the very next day. Arrived on time, very pleasant and respectful (taking off shoes). Quick work and very efficient/effective. A reasonable price considering the alternative would be a new bath.

From when I first contacted Rich (Mendabath West Midlands) to when the job was done yesterday the service was excellent. And I am blown away by the work. The old roll top bath that was in my house when I bought it was pitted, had some rust spots and looked very sad. Now it looks amazing! Would highly recommend. Thank you Rich

We had a rather tricky acrylic bath which was badly stained and cracked, and other companies said they couldn't do anything with it. But Mendabath looked carefully at the pictures I sent and said they could. Before the day of the resurfacing, Lynne, at Head Office was totally brilliant. I was trying to think of everything that could go amiss and bombarded her with questions. She always replied super quickly, with clear, succinct answers, and bolstered my confidence. So I was clear that our plumber needed to remove the plug hole and overflow before the event, I needed to make sure the room was free of dust, Lynne helped me work out where the air pipes would need to go to get the required air pressure differential (so I could make sure all the furniture was out of the way, for a clear run), and she sent me colour swatches (so useful -- who knew our bathroom ceramics were a seemingly peculiar shade of off-white ... the swatches held against the basin showed they definitely were). David arrived perfectly on time to do the resurfacing. Such a lovely guy. Our bath took longer to resurface than the usual bath would because it was so badly cracked and stained, but David was happy and chirpy all day long, when I bet he would rather have finished hours before and been back at home with his feet up. Mendabath wouldn't even increase the bill, despite the job taking David a few more hours than it should. And the final result is perfect. It's absolutely beautiful. And it's still beautiful, six months on. I'd give this company more than 5 stars if I could. Superb service.
