Stephen fitted us in at shirt notice to repair a large crack in our bath, caused by a fall. Communication was really efficient, and Stephen was polite, friendly and easy to chat to. He has worked wonders and you can’t even tell there was a crack, I’d highly recommend Stephen and today my mum has contacted Mend a Bath and has a booking in her area to repair a hole she’s lived with for 15 years! Well done.

Communication with the company was immediate, no waiting for lots of options. Received a quote promptly which was a fair price given this is a specialist job and Stephen had to travel at least an hour one way. The damage to the shower tray appeared small but this was disguising a deeper problem. Stephen charged me the original price. The result is perfect. I spent a fraction of the price it would have cost for a replacement tray and new tiles. I’m extremely happy with Stephen and his company , an expert indeed. Thank you.

Had Stephen around today to mend a couple of cracks to a shower base. Polite, on-time, knowledgeable, tidy and seemed to really care about the work he was doing. We had a brand new bath fitted and during the installation the bath was damaged. Rather than replace our installer suggested "Mendabath" A guy called Cecil arrived and after a few hours he had completely removed the damaged area leaving the bath as new. A very polite and professional service, would highly recommend.

A lovely gentleman appeared at our door ( removed his shoes 😁). He was so polite and soon got down to repair. I had stupidly ' showered' the bath with caustic drain cleaner ( long story!) and was fully expecting a full recoat ( the bath, not me!😂) However he managed to repair - fantastic, and cheaper too! 👍👍

Stephen is very patient & talented renovator . So pleased with the work he did for us . He mended a cracked electric loo seat where the manufacturer had gone bankrupt and sorted out the cracks which had been getting worse for 3 years , whist with us he patiently took the old paint off 2 lots of spa bath holes -18 spa holes & the control knobs which he spray cured & a ceramic kitchen sink clean which my husband had put the incorrect drain blockage cleaner down which had left a tea bag type stain on the grey ceramic & he has got most of the brown staining out . So grateful for the work done . Before replacing any of the items back in situ we left them to “cure” & dry properly in the bathroom with the window & door closed so no dust or insects would get on the finished product .-Perfect job . Basin resurfaced 18 months ago is now cracking and peeling! Mendabath is refusing to honour the warranty because they gave us a partial refund due to the fact that the basin looked really bad, even after 3 attempts! As it was just cosmetic, and we were thoroughly fed up at this point, we accepted the partial refund. At no point was it mentioned that this would invalidate the warranty. We will now have to replace the basin, which we wished we had done in the first place. Extremely disappointed in this company and their attitude towards us, when they are the ones providing a very bad product.
