What a positive experience. From my first phone call I knew this company was going to be good and we could trust them. The most adorable and charming young man came and his work was totally professional. This is the third time we have had the process of resurfacing our bathroom suite and definitely the best. We could not be happier with the finished product.

Having prepared the shower tray by sanding it to get a surface that the new coating would stick to successfully, I mixed the components together and followed the instructions exactly. I was slightly disappointed, though, because as I rolled on the mixture the surface didn't become smooth, as shown in the site video; it became, and remained, slightly lumpy. In this instance, it hasn't been a problem because on the shower tray it does provide a slightly better non-slip surface, but if I had been using it in a bath, I would have been disappointed. Just to verify: the temperature of the room was correct, the timings from mixing to applying were as stated in the instructions, and the tools used were those supplied. Also, the preparation was done extremely well and the surface was thoroughly cleaned.

I did not believe that our two cracked hand basins could be repaired. My wife called in Mendabath and I have since eaten my words. The result is amazing and we no longer have to pay for the re-tiling of the walls and floors. The engineer that visited us was great: professional and got on with the job.

Our bath was ruined by a dodgy tradesman whose shoddy workmanship left it in a terrible state. I was recommended Mendabath and was put in touch with Richard. From my first telephone call until the moment the door closed behind them, Mendabath provided exceptional professional service. Lynne explained everything very clearly and passed all my questions on to their technical team, giving clear answers and reassurances. Our bath was a complicated case - an ancient cast-iron bath with an old re-surfacing that failed and was flaky and horrible. It also needed a strip around it, as the gap was too wide and sealant alone was not enough to prevent water sipping down the wall. Stephen, who arrived promptly and on time, spent the whole day working on it, stripping the old paint, filling the gaps around the bath with fibre-glass, fitting the strip (provided by us) and finally, making the beautiful new surface. The service was excellant your two plumbers carried out the repairs to my bath in a record time and the finshed re-enamelled bath is great. There was no mess left behind and the bath and the bathroom were ready for use as soon as the work was completed.
