Audip Plugin Deals: they don't allow you to use your rewards money correctly !!! If a product is in the shop at the current price you cannot purchase it with reward money !!! You have to pay money everytime. Only if the product is at the full price you can use your rewards money. Why ? My rewards money are my money and I could spend them for whatever I want.

BUYER BEWARE!!! audioplugin.deals I HAD been a customer for over a year. Nothing major...plugin here...sample pack there... Well, I finally decided to pull the trigger on a fairly good size order. I placed the order and paid with PayPal...when it didn't arrive, I sent an email, and they informed me that the payment did not go through. No big deal right? So I re-did the order, added a couple more items, and paid with my debit card. Everything was fine. After a day or so, I noticed that the PayPal charge was still on my account. Again, no big deal. I filed a dispute with PayPal, and waited for the refund. Well, I get an email from PayPal saying the dispute was DENIED because somebody from audioplugin.deals reported that the order had been delivered. Problem #1: They FRAUDULENTLY reported that the order was delivered. After a week of incredibly frustrating, irritating, TERRIBLE customer service, I was informed that the issue had been sent up to management. Problem #2: HORRIBLE customer service. I then get an email from management stating that they confirmed that they HAD, in fact, received the PayPal payment, and that I was right all along. I told them I just wanted the PayPal payment reversed. After all, this was THEIR ERROR, and because of the way I had been treated, I no longer wanted to go business with their company. I was then informed by management that they WOULD NOT reverse the PayPal payment. Problem #3: Refusal to return MY MONEY for THEIR SCREW UP. Instead, they were going to give me credit/rewards points. This means, that in order for me to recoup the loss of MY MONEY, I had to SPEND MORE MONEY with their company, after I told them I wanted nothing more to do with their business. Problem #4: FORCED to do more business with them if I wanted to recoup WHAT THEY TOOK. SO BUYER BEWARE. If there is an error that cost you money, audioplugin.deals WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY. Even if no order is even recognized, and it is completely their fault.

Trustworthy of giving product yes. Really good deals but what I have bought has worked. The Rewards Wallet thing is what's got the three stars. It's a bit misleading how it works exactly and to be honest with the List Price, Current Asking Price & Base Price, means basically good deals don't go lower. Plugin Boutique throw on virtual cash, which I guess hits their margin but that's built into the offer. I'd say hey, make it simple. Too many variables makes me feel insecure. Descriptions of especially Kontakt only products is misleading and they could go a LONG way making it clearer as I often have to approach the manufacturer to make sure it's a stand alone VST. I will do business with them, but let's say it's more low risk deals. Audio Plugin Deals should also get more reviews here so people can weigh in. I would go with more adventurous spending if they said more about the product, if it's standalone and compatibility REALLY CLEARLY. So again, it comes down to, can I use the product. I really hope they take this aboard as this industry is a little bit like a 'one stop shop' and needs more competition.
