After I purchased the Chopmonster and went to the download page it would not download. I got a message saying that the company did not send anything. I replied to the vender about this and also sent a screenshot of the error message. I am waiting on an answer or a refund.

It was an easy purchase to make but we should be able to use our reward dollars on deals.

the code you sent me does not work or as chop audio's site says it does not exist. And chop audio hasn't gotten back to me to help resolve this issue

With Waves and other software packages going to a subscription only model, I have been looking for plugins to replace what I currently use in my private studio and in the Video Studio that I work in for my day job. The plugins that I have found here do a great job and can easily replace anything that I have purchased from Waves. Keep up the great work!

Chop Monster runs in online mode only. This definitely should have been mentioned in system requirements. No personal statement from the developer. No statement from AudioPluginDeals. No go. Superbad. I´d better spent my money on someone who really needed it....

I made a purchase today 03/12/2023 on the website, ordering a couple sample packs and the vst ChopMonster. On the page for the vst, it literally says BUY NOW DOWNLOAD INSTANTLY. Okay, I bought it, but when I went to access my download I received this message: Thank you for your purchase of {product_name} Here are the instructions to get the downloads: 2. On cart page, use this code to reduce your cart total to $0: 3. Proceed to checkout page to complete your order. After completing the order, you should see the download links on the order completed page and also receive an email with links. --------------------- There was no code included in order to redeem my purchase and download my VST. So I reached out to their customer service. The got back to me very quickly (which is a plus), and told me that the "Codes for this product will be available from this Thursday." Meaning, I couldn't download instantly, I actually had to wait 4 days. My money I paid was taken instantly, but I have to wait 4 days to get my product. No where was this stated during the buying process. I was upset, because I had intentions of using the product right away. So I requested a refund, and Audio Plugin Deals quickly processed it. But there was a problem. I purchased the product for $19.99, and was only issued a refund for $19.00. When I reached out about the discrepancy I was told: "This difference is due to a processing fee which was already deducted by the payment processing company. We do not have access to those funds, and so cannot be refunded." Hold on a minute. It should not be on the customer to absorb that charge because the store made misleading statements that it couldn't uphold in the process of earning the sale. That cost should be on the seller to absorb because you could not fulfill your promise on your sales page. That is a broken sales contract. Now Audio Plug In Deals did make "some" effort to make up for it by depositing an additional $50 in my APD rewards wallet. The thing is, that's not actual money, and it can only be redeemed when making a purchase from APD, and requires the spending of ADDITIONAL money. For example, plugin ABC123 (I made that up btw) is listed at a price of $50 dollars, and below that is listed the base price of $19.99. I have $100+ in my APD wallet, so awesome, I can get that ABC123 plugin for free then, right? Nope, I can use $40.01 of my APD rewards wallet to bring the price down to the BASE price, and then SPEND $19.99. So my $0.99 was taken, not returned, and I was "rewarded" with the opportunity to spend more money. So was an effort truly made to rectify the issue? Or was another sales tactic deployed in the guise of "sorry for the inconvenience"? It's a little bit scammy, and I would caution anyone purchasing from AudioPluginDeals that this type of thing could happen to you. Again, it's only 99 cents, but it's money I gave up and they received due to untrue sales copy.
