I was pleased to be able to change my Credit Card info with no hassles. I have had bad experiences with other companies. I was an old Mastercard that was updated. All the info was the same except for the 3 digit code at the end. I was looking for a tool to increase the high end of a gravelly male voice, 100 years old. I am hopeful this program will help.

Everytime I have made a purchase at APD, I have been fully satisfied with it. It's not only the quality of the programs offered, but the Customer Service has been great. Never had a problem where they didn't respond quickly and make things right. One of my favorite stops for getting great deals on Audio software.

There were two of the same items in the cart after page refreshed. I did not notice and ordered. -There was no warning from the web-site about the double order (like other vendors do) -The amount was directly deducted, not "frozen" until the deal is finalized -3D Secure did not work I reached out and received an email that I would get the refund. Then I received another email that the "refund" would be "Store Credit" I can not spend anywhere else. Refund means the amount of money returned to the original form of payment. Their business model is quite clear: keep the money no matter what!
