Want to send order back and reorder replacement but cannot due to the fact post office and all other carriers will not carry paint. The company obviously sent it with a carrier but will not give me the name to return free of charge under Amazon rules. Don’t use them

These guys don't care about the customer experience. Paid extra for next day delivery so I could do my project over the bank holiday weekend whilst the weather was good, took time off to get it done. Had trouble with the delivery and when they came the boxes they were smashed up, the delay messed up my schedule. I contacted them to find out what had happend to the delivery and they had no interest as they already had my money. Didn't even have the grace to offer to refund the 18 quid delivery fee. I would be extremely wary about using these guys in the future. You can find all their products from other suppliers. EDIT: "rusty bike lock" was actually a fairly new carabiner and the paint didn't arrive with a data sheet either which would have been handy.

The extensive variety of paint with clear descriptions helped with selecting the most suitable for the job. ordering was very easy and the paint arrived bang on time. I was repainting a metal church bell frame, all I can say is that the gates & railings paint was perfect. I will definitely use again and have already recommended to a friend.

Parcel required a signature. I've never had this with any other supplier. The delivery firm they use wouldn't let me track item or request to leave with a neighbour Poor service

Paint was well priced and as described. Generally don't do collections but as it saved them the hassle of packaging they let me, and refunded the postage too.
