United Kingdom | 15 June 2021We bought the epoxy workshop floor paint, it is a great product and has sealed our workshop floor, so is now easy to keep clean. Before purchasing I called and spoke to someone who was helpful with advice on floor preparation and quantity required. As the floor was new we ended up buying another tin to do four coats, so as to get a more solid colour. We will be buying from them again soon for another project, and will probably go for a more funky colour. A few people have criticised the delivery time, the website clearly states a MINIMUM of ten working days, and the huge choice of colours means each purchase is made to order. Certainly worth the wait to get the colour you want.

United Kingdom | 10 May 2021Still waiting for my paint to arrive since April 22nd? Can’t get hold of anyone using your telephone numbers and emails aren’t responded to? Update: it did finally arrive after a month and a phone call, I do need more paint in another colour so hope it’s quicker next time? Thanks

United Kingdom | 02 February 2021I want to share my experience as I’m not happy about a product I’ve purchased. I have contacted Paints4trades but I feel their response was poor. I purchased x2 water clear polyester casting resins on 4/1/21. There was very little ‘necessary’ information on the website about the product and even after receiving the product, there were no instructions included. Some information was added to their website after I requested information. This product is highly toxic. I believe instructions are necessary for safety reasons and for usage. Curing/second coat time/ratio/mixing time/working and curing temperature/depth/demolding etc etc. I’ve used many resins and I feel this can be a process of discovering the one to suit your needs. So I am always willing to try new products. I weighed my resin&activator to be precise and I mixed thoroughly. However, my resin pieces are still sticky after 2 weeks. I shouldn’t need to add more activator, as this would obviously leave me with left over resin when the activator has all been used. Not only this but the edges of the finished pieces are mottled and not smooth due to what appears to be the resistance between the resin the silicone moulds. Which in my opinion shouldn’t happen. It’s not the finished result I’m looking for. This hasn’t happened with any other resins I’ve used before. I now have a partly used 5kg&activator and an untouched 5kg resin&activator. I don’t want to continue using these products. I was told after emailing them ~by a member of their team, to heat my moulds in the oven for 10 minutes at 100 degrees as there can be shrinkage. If you don’t know this~however would I have guessed to put my moulds in the oven? This is after wasting resin and getting it wrong~as this has never happened with other resins. This information should have been provided before purchasing as you are using a product BLIND. I asked a number of questions in an email before purchasing but it feels very much as though information was withheld as the product isn’t very good. It’s complicated to use and this doesn’t look good by putting it in their website. So they essentially get purchases and then tell you inadequate/unhelpful information once you’ve purchased and refuse to acknowledge their poor safety instructions and customer service. I’d like a refund. They are now ignoring me. Additional review: I will review companies who have fallen short as well as companies who are outstanding. It is entirely up to me what I decide to review. Often Trustpilot is an amazing platform to get poor companies to acknowledge their inadequacies. It’s funny how you’ve put my name in this review but you’ve failed to leave your name. Your responses to all of your negative reviews are aggressive and breaching data protection. It would be good if you could reflect on this and sort your anger management issues out. If I was a first time user of your product, you have failed to provide any information on it. My experience wasn’t a great one. You have 53% poor/bad reviews. I’m guessing this is because you aren’t a very good company. 11/6/22 ~ additional review of the team. 17 months since placing my order ~ this company are harassing me and trying to get my review removed. It was a genuine order and a genuine review. This harassment is a fine example of your company and your standards. WAY BELOW a reputable company that accepts the general public have a right to an opinion and a good company would learn from the feedback. Under the The Data Protection Act 2018 ~ Publishing names, addresses etc about their customers ~ is breaching data protection and is not good practice. You should be investigated as it is against the law.

United Kingdom | 23 November 2020These guys have been great, paint arrived within the dates they set. It was all well packaged and communication was great. When looking online I noticed a lot of people leaving bad reviews but a lot of them are recent and regarding delivery... which given the current covid 19 situation I feel is very unfair. I just want to say that my experience was brilliant and you shouldn't read too much into the bad reviews. I'm not usually to type to leave a review but felt I should as let's be honest the only people that tend to leave reviews are people who aren't happy. And the 1000s of happy customers don't bother. These guys had the best prices, they sent me constant updates on my order status and when I did ring them they were very friendly and approachable. Let's support these local companies, they are the ones been hit the hardest at the moment and anyone who has a good experience with them should feel obligated to leave a good review. Thanks a lots guys and I'll definitely be using you again in the future.

United Kingdom | 03 November 2020The paint that we received is lovely. However, your returns policy is ridiculous! When the paint arrived, it was different to the colour on the website and you do not provide tester pots and you do not allow returns or refunds! Would not recommend buying this online as you simply cannot tell if it will be the right colour and they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF YOU OPEN THE TIN. I'm sorry, but how can you tell what the colour is if you don't open it?

United Kingdom | 19 June 2020Terrible service! Avoid this place like the plague! Also left a review on google and the MD of the company responded by leaving my full name and address! To be honest I didn’t even bother reading past the first section as I clearly don’t have as much time on my hands as you but you did right my name on review and then removed it. You made my case by writing this review to what a bad service you provide and the lack of customer service.

United Kingdom | 03 June 2020Waited over a month to get my commercial paint, the good was it was the right color and that's it, a week after using it I can still mark the paint with my thumb nail without having to press to hard. So for use on a horsebox which the website specifically states the paint is for is totally useless it would need another respray after a week as you are constantly down narrow lanes and scraping through bushes. Fortunately for me I only ordered a litre to test it before buying a larger amount. In short it was waisted money and now my normal supplier is open I will buy some proper paint that is fit for the job.

United Kingdom | 24 May 2020I ordered some paint via there website. Because of the current situation a 5-10 working day wait was expected, so I planed some work for a customer to this time table. The paint arrived three working weeks later( ordered on Sunday arrived late Friday afternoon) this delay cost me 4 days of work. Rather than admit that they are still adapting to a new way of working and they haven’t quite got it right yet, they refuse to accept they have done anything wrong and instead try to guilt the customer for daring to question the delay of the company’s self imposed timeline. They also try to intimidate people by posting their name and address. My name is Ian Power of YO12 and if anybody would like to pop round for a chat about P4T I’ll be more than happy. I was going to do an review of the actual paint, but they have sent me the wrong one, delaying the job even further. Emailed them about it, but got nothing back. Got sent the right paint months later, only because I said I would open a despite with Visa. Stay away from these cowboys. The primer was ok.

United States | 24 May 2020Delivery time was excessively slow. Ordered in April and received in June - no instructions provided for mixing the 2-part epoxy paint.

United Kingdom | 23 May 2020I have had 3 tins of Decking paint and need 1 more tin of the colour I had. I also need 4 more tins of a darker colour but cannot find it on your website. Can someone please call me on 07929001121

United Kingdom | 16 May 2020Ordered decking paint on the 22nd April. Took my money on the 23rd April. I noticed from the reviews someone received their decking paint in 10 working days as promised on the website. 15 working days later still no sign, nor any order confirmation email. I assume when you take someone’s money you dispatch the goods that day.

United Kingdom | 14 May 2020Big up to Leanne who stepped in and pushed our purchase forward, yes there was a delay, but, in these times this is quite understandable, so people, cut some slack, be patient and polite, this lady certainly is. On with the project now 👍

United Kingdom | 08 May 2020Ordered decking paint. After using three quarters of a tin the paint became unusable as if full of sand. Couldn’t complete job. Had paid a lot for this tin. I emailed the company on two occasions to seek assistance and to inform them and the company ignored my emails . A simple response would of been nice.

United Kingdom | 22 April 2020Ordered decking paint and really impressed with finish and the coverage was as stated. Easy to apply and will use in future :) Delivery was in the 10 working days stated before I ordered. Was nice to see a company being honest about delivery times due to the current circumstances.

United Kingdom | 05 September 2019I ordered paint advertised as "self priming" for UPVC windows. Having applied the paint exactly as directed, the finish was poor. The paint dried very fast leaving it gloopy and with an uneven finish. I decided maybe the claim of "self priming" might be a little bold and tried another area of the window with a primer first. Still the same result. Having contacted the seller, he kept deliberately misinterpreting my explanation and insinuating that my use of primer was the problem and that I had applied the paint wrongly. He chose to ignore that I had only used a primer as a test AFTER the instructed method had failed. I tested the paint in wood and it's fine but BE CAREFUL if you buy this for PVC.
