EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM FALCON FLYING SERVICES BIGGIN HILL AIRPORT

This company states as its aim to “be our customers first choice”. It certainly won’t be mine. I rang to order floor paint. It was clear almost immediately that the person hadn’t got time for me. I could feel her frustration and impatience. It didn’t feel like I was a customer but a nuisance. It reminded me of speaking with an argumentative teenager. I expect the firm to respond to my comment by saying I was unclear about what I wanted and they didn’t want to supply me with the wrong product. That I was the rude one. I’m self employed I would be ashamed of myself and expect to loose customers it I treated them this way.

I have just completed a 4 year 72 year old restoration project of the only Aeronca L16 Warbird in the UK reg no A-797. A 5 litre of Matt Olive drab was bought each year and the shade and sheen levels all matched. Now the aircraft is flying it is an absolute showstopper but I needed to buy a 1 litre of Matt Olive Drab just to cover a mark on the rear fuselage. The new 1 litre was similar but not close enough so phone call answered by Stephen who requested photos by email . Very quickly a replacement can arrived and now the paintwork is completed and she looks as good as the day she was shipped off to the Korean War in 1950. I cannot recomend them enough with 110% for customer service. Please understand what a complex project I have just completed and I have every confidence in them for my next project. Well done.

Absolute trash of a product , hasn’t cured fully and the different shades where the two part epoxy resin has dried are very very poor Don’t wast your money with this poor quality product and pay a little extra Spoke to what they call technical help and all we got was to transfer any blame back on to you I am not a competitor at all , your product is rubbish

Looked for ages for radiator paint other than white. Then I found this company who manufacture all colours of the rainbow in various sized tins. I ordered a 250mil tin of Traffic Light Red and it was more than adiquate to paint 3 coats on a 4ft radiator to a very professional finish. My first coat was quite blotchy and patchy but don't worry for the second coat made a perfect finish and the third made it look like new. Service on line was very quick and my order was made up, despatched and delivered in 3 days Brilliant

Despite many years in the trade I've never been asked to paint a caravan, so turned to Barry at Paints4Trade for advice. He is a wealth of knowledge, has the patience of a saint and gave me all the info I needed to advise my client and undertake the work. Very many thanks Barry !

Ordered 8 x 5ltrs of black barn paint. Paint never arrived. when we questioned this, the company said the paint was signed for and produced a signature from the courier company. The signature was not ours and it was clear the paint had been delivered to the wrong address. paints4trade.com refused to accept the fact that we never received the paint and we have had to start a small claim to get back our £269.99. Terrible approach to business. Avoid them.

Good delivery and on time. However do not buy this marine paint unless you want a eggshell finish. My paint had a comanted mixer which turned yellow. It's put me back by 2 month and cost a fortune in time and money re prepping sanding and matrials. Stick with a known brand it costs more but you will save time and money. Iv had to paint my boat twice and not in pressed

would like to say there service is very poor . Their courier yodel have delivered my paint to I don't know where and now into the second week I have no refund or paint as they refuse to budge until they have found the first delivery of paint, the name of the person whom received it is not the same of any of my neighbours. Poor service poor after sales

I've placed a few orders with this company. Every time they are a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is perfect. They always respond to emails in a timely manner and are always very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Trade Paints (UK) Ltd to anyone and I intend to use them again.
