Paint is absolutely gorgeous can’t fault it one bit

It was ok. Paint and everything was fine. The delivery was slow. It was a week from order to receiving the paint which wasn't great.

Quality paint at good price delivered quickly

Got what I ordered, quickly, good price; no problems.

Unfortunately the paint is very thin and must have very low solid content. I think it is pretending to be something it most definitely is not. Disappointing.

Passive aggressive customer service. If you want to waste your time with pointless emails please order from this company. I only wanted to some colour cards after the paint I was sent was no where near the colour I ordered and I couldn't get a sensible response. It's actually upsetting they treat their customers this way. All I wanted was to order a second colour for my project and was thrown off by the original colour being so different. I made it very clear I wasn't expecting a refund or any free paint I just wanted to see the other colours in a true light so I could make a informed decision. Please read the other reviews I am far from alone with this. I hope one day the learn a basic level customer service.
