I ordered one particular medication but they dispensed a different item. It will probably work in an almost identical fashion but I wish they had pointed this out at the time of ordering. Item arrived quickly.

I used Anytime Doctor 2 times. The first time I was pleased so I came back for another service. The second time I ordered antibiotics which didn’t arrived! I have contacted the delivery company that Anytime Doctor used however they told me there is nothing they can do and I need to contact Anytime Doctor. Which I did. Unfortunately no reply. I spend over £50 on my medicines so Anytime Doctor please can you deal with my situation or return my money (in case the parcel is lost)? My Order number: 125909 Looking forward to resolution. Little update: After almost 3 weeks the problem has been solved. I have received my package so thank you Anytime Doctor. However there should be more communication from your side.

Ordered the basic travel pack, arrived as described within 2 working days. Quick and easy. No Dioralyte sachets included, not sure why they were crossed out when ordering but a really handy kit for travel to places that don’t have easy access to medical facilities for treatments for common travel ailments.

Almost 6 times the cost of a competitor. Which it didn't tell me until after I had waited a day for a review by a medical professional. Ridiculously overpriced.

Very good experience and I liked the fact that I was given different packages to choose from tailored to my needs.

I mistakenly thought they may have helped me get a prescription for antibiotics for a terrible lung infection when my GP failed to keep an appointment for an arranged phone consultation. There was no sign of antibiotics on their website. After sometime they offered me an over the top bundle of antibiotics and much other stuff besides, for £90. When I realised they would be no help I tried to suspend my account, however following the link and clicking on ‘Suspend’ achieved nothing. It seems they will not let me suspend my account!
