I forgot to say I was allergic to a particular antibiotic but was able to contact them online to correct that after I'd submitted my answers. They gave me the General Medical Council number of the prescribing doctor, and the courier had to deliver my medication into someone's hands. So it was just an online version of seeing a GP. A well-organised set-up.

Upon collection it turned out the medicine box was damaged and opened up. I was not comfortable to risk my health given the nature of the medicine and requested a refund - this is now awaiting response. I would not order again
