Having been told by my gp that 4 weeks of agony with sinusitis is not long enough to have antibiotics - it has to be 5-6 weeks, I had no choice but to try to find a way of getting a private prescription. I feel angry that I can no longer get the help I am entitled to from the nhs, but being able to pay for the medication from this service was the only way forward. The medication arrived less than 24 hours after ordering it, and I now also have medication for future needs, which is a great relief in this era of ineffective nhs.

I started with a great experience, easy sign up and a quick consultation time. The basic travel pack was recommended which is great for my needs. After that it’s all started to go wrong, upon trying to pay for the basic pack the payment wouldn’t go through. I was using a phone so I thought I would try the laptop as some websites are funny on mobile. Didn’t work on the laptop either so dropped them a message to explain and see how else I could pay. Response time is one day so the next day I asked for an update, no response. Next day I messaged for a response, nothing. I’m now on day 3 with no response, I’m not sure why a company would ignore issues with payments but here we are.

Reading the website, I thought, this looks great, turns out, I was horribly wrong. They have given me the worst experience. Whatever the website says, they have done the opposite in my recent experience. They point blank “refused” the travel pack I was attempting to order, with no valid reason. They have not given me the time of day. Awful experience with the lowest level of professionalism I have ever seen.

getting a face to face appointment is a pain these days , and i'm sure my gp would not provide me with all the contents of the travel pack either , most importantly the antibiotics . i'm off to brasil soon and would recomend this pack to anyone travelling " in the sticks " also the delivery was quick and i was informed of progress .

Ordered a travel kit after a short online assessment. Totally stress free, kit was delivered in a nice bag. A day later than expected which was down to Royal Mail and the weekend.

One of the items in the pack I bought was omitted.
