R&W Rope has great products, especially the "handy hundred" cord for knot-tying; and their customer service is outstanding!

Easy to order and check out on the R&W site, and delivery was very prompt. Kudos. I suggest they add a tool to help decide which product is best suited for needs. IDK what it looks like but something to assist in narrowing down all the options, as there are many.

When I first opened the package I was disappointed because I thought that I had ordered red line with white flecks and the contents was all white. It turns out to be my error, the order was written for all white line. I must have forgotten to check the box at the red with white flecks box. It will change my color scheme, but that is not the fault of R&W. Great rope, good service and prompt delivery/

RW is there when I need them I can order large or small quantities. I can mail them a sample of what I need and receive a response from someone who works AT RW within a day with info on my sample. Chuck

I ordered a kind of sampling of a bunch of different natural-fiber ropes in various short lengths(probably a nightmare to pick from the warehouse shelves), and everything showed up correct. This rope from R+W is a lot better quality than the stuff you get at the big box store.

Good afternoon, When I call I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with how pleasant Mr. Ray was when I call and how much knowledge he was able to share about ropes in terms that I could understand. I was looking for a better quality rope for our glass and mirror business and I work in the office not in the shop so the rope terms were not part of my every day lingo. Mr. Ray took the time to listen to my needs and explain my options and the pros and cons of each rope that we discussed for the applications that we would be using the rope for. The price was great! The delivery was on time and just as Mr. Ray said it would be. The rope has been wonderful and they guys using the rope in the field are loving it. The Vintage 3 strand is super nice rope. However I did not appreciate having to spend $50 when all I needed was $20 worth of rope.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I ordered some POSH rope and everything arrived in immaculate condition! The only gripe I do have is that there isn't a field when placing your order where you can specify cuttings (or purchase additional cuttings) but their staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate when I contacted them for help. 10/10 Would (and already have) order again!

I purchased a full spool of HempX rope, and I'm very pleased with everything about it. My spool came within the week, much quicker than I expected. Packaged well, no damage, and it wasn't a super huge box. The rope itself is awesome. Definitely stiff because it is brand new, but overall, I've had no issues with cutting it into hanks, or with whipping and burning the ends. Texture - 5/5 - Smooth, and not scratchy, loose hairs burn off to make very smooth texture Bite / Grip - 6/5, This is some grippy stuff when it's new Strength - 5/5 I'd be impressed if I found a way to break this without cutting it Usability - 4.5/5 - It's new, so it's still fairly stiff and the amount of grip it has with itself make it hard to slide rope through carabiners, if you have more than 1 line through it. I'm willing to bet this will get better as the rope gets more use. Even if it doesn't loosen up, it's still just as usable as jute, just might take a bit longer.
