The man that took my order was cooperative and helpful even though the system is not forgiving to the non-bulk user/customer. Samples should be sized for working the rope (long enough to splice) I offered to pay for it. The excellent rating is therefore given to the human representing a corporation that is wanting to shove a square peg in a round hole. Rope is real, buying it should be too.

I use your product, Hempex, for shibari. It is strong, washable and flexible for this art of rope. It has advantages over natural hemp in that it is washable and can withstand the stresses of knots and frictions. It is my favorite.
