The service from universal shutters has been amazing from start to finish. From booking the appointment with Colin, to the final fitting it has been seamless. The customer service is impressive, Universal Shutters obviously believe in both their product and their passion for attention to detail. I have dealt with the other bigger companies in the past, that are pushy, and not particularly educated about their product. I found it refreshing not to be pushed in to a sale with Colin, and his knowledge of his product and the various options and layouts was unrivalled. The carpenter on the day of fitting was clean, attentive and again obviously had a passion for what he did, and our home was left spotless. We also liked the added little touches that make this company stand out from competition, and really make the whole experience special. Finally all I can say about our new shutters is wow! Fantastic product - superb service! We originally asked Colin to quote for shutters on our bay window but we were so impressed with product and how it looked we ended up getting the whole ground floor done. During the quotation process Colin was able to make some great suggestions regarding style and bespoke fitting options. Really please with the finished article, especially given the price we agreed was substantially less than quotes from other firms. Everyone was very accommodating and considerate throughout the install, real craftsmenship! Highly recommended!!
