Totally unhelpful and rude customer service with regards to my order. I was given instructions to ensure I was given the correct delivery slot, however my instructions were then ignored and sales assistants I spoke to on two separate occasions were both rude and offered no help at all, they had a "you've bought it, you deal with it'" attitude. I eventually dealt with the courier directly, which the company made difficult, to sort my delivery. I eventually received the parcel 4days later after several days off work, phone calls, emails and delayed the whole bathroom project and all workers involved.

I had looked at ceiling cladding on various sites, but chose this one as it offered the best choice. I'm delighted I did! Not only did my order arrive beautifully packaged and damage free, but also just slightly more than 24 hours after I ordered it! I'm in North East Scotland, so this was brilliant service.

To be honest first time customer and was not happy with manufactured quality of product lots of scratches and damaged surfaces on panels, it was a good job I over ordered on the amount of panels or my customer would have been very unhappy.
