I was very pleased with the prompt delivery and the product itself. The only criticism i have is the tubes of sticky formed a skin almost immediately.The only reason i can think of is that they were old stock and so i had to go and get some more from the local builders merchants which were fine. Apart from that very good service and product.

I have over the years used many similar products from several different companies, every time there has been an issue with either quality of product or transit damage. So very pleasantly surprised to receive, in a very timely fashion, what I ordered, of a quality I expect and in excellent undamaged condition. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use Celplas again in the near future.

To say that I am a novice when it comes to ordering Bathroom cladding is an understatement. When I called and asked for help on quantities the staff were more than patient and very helpful. I paid my money and received my goods the NEXT day!!!! If more companies could run as efficiently as this one then complaints would be a thing of the past. Well done Celplas. Just got to find something else to put cladding on now. :))))))

I ordered one of your products on Sunday night about 10pm and it was delivered at half twelve Monday afternoon!!! Fantastic service and the product is first class. Ceiling in my bathroom looks awesome.

arrived really well packaged no apparent damage to outside of packing on opening there was some chips out of one side, in my case it didn't matter as i had to to cut the sheet down to the size i required . This product really cannot be praised enough as with planning ahead and good measuring a good quality finish can be had.

Good speedy delivery. Shame the neighbours address was on the box, luckily i spotted the driver before he left. Love the sparkles, went up easily but thinner tan expected. Will have to be carefull not to put my finger nails through it.

I ordered some bath panels and ceiling panels online on a Saturday, and realised afterwards that I needed more trims. I rang on the Monday to ask for these to be added to my order. This was no trouble, and I was advised my order would be with me the next day. All items were duly delivered the next day, as stated. The order would have cost twice as much from a local store, so I was even more surprised to get free delivery AND 10% for spending over £300. Well impressed!

All items delivered safe and well could do with some indication of delivery time.

Ordered this item for a bathroom, it does look very nice but lights shine through the plastic as the panels are hollow.

I ORDERED 12 PVC WALL CLADDING PANELS ALONG WITH EDGINGS AND ADHESIVE. THE ORDER ARRIVED WITHIN 2 DAYS VERY WELL PACKAGED. ON CHECKING THE CONTENTS AND MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK WE FOUND THAT ALL 12 PANELS WERE DAMAGED AND UNABLE TO BE USED. I CONTACTED CELPLAS AND STRAIGHT AWAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE THE DAMAGED ITEMS IMMEDIATELY AND WITHIN 2 DAYS THE NEW PANELS ARRIVED SOME OF WHICH WERE DAMAGED BUT NOT SO WE CANT USE THEM. I WAS VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE QUICK RESPONSE AND HOW EFFICIENTLY MY PROBLEM WAS DEALT WITH. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THANKYOU !!!

I am extremely impressed by the look of my new shower enclosure with my sparkley splash walls. So much better looking than tiles and easier to install

I was so impressed with this company. I ordered some panels for the shower and stupidly didn't check them straight away. When I came to fit them some 3-4 weeks later there had been some damage in transit. I contacted the company and the gentleman I spoke to was fantastic. Replacements were sent out and delivered the next day. I would defiantly recommend this company. The prices were also very reasonable.
