My order was only small but arrived next day perfectly packed. The PVC Panels were just what i needed for the job in hand. Noticed one tube of glue missing but cost quickly refunded. Will use again

The cladding was as described but small and unimportant parts were damaged. There was small edge chipping which I put down to the courier who treated the contents of his van like junk.

Ordered online 3 days before Christmas and delivered to my door at 8.30am on the 27th Dec. and this to the Isle of Mull in the Inner Hebrides. There was even a courtesy call on Christmas Eve telling me that my order could be delayed because of the holiday period. I fully expected the order to come early in the New Year. All I can say is thank you for both the courtesy call and the unexpected early delivery. I can't fault the way this order was handled and the goods were also very well packaged and exactly as I had ordered. One of my better online purchase experiences and then some!!

Brilliant service, ordered Sat afternoon 21st Dec. arrived Tues 24th through the storms. Now fitted, looks superb in a wet room and no grouting, easy to clean, I'll be using it in the bathroom.

So I ordered several panels and trims, not a huge order but big enough c.£300 and disappointingly one piece of trim, the most important piece for the first day on the job was missing. This held up the job by a day but to the credit of Celpas they did send a replacement by next day delivery to the address where the job was at my request and without question, so follow up customer service could not be faulted. Also be aware that if you order 1m wide Shower panels and 250mm wide wall panels in the exact same colour (white sparkle), they will not be compatible and the colour will not match. I have found this out the hard way.

Ordered two panels in black sparkle, ordered separately but both boxes and packaging state black sparkle, both same length. Both state batch 05 on boxes. Looked ok when arrived. Been up 1 hour and both different colours one is black sparkle, on charcoal sparkle. Total crap and it's too late to do anything. Phoned customer services, offer no solution, unhelpful.

Never let me down... But it would be nice to receive confirmation on when the delivery will arrive..... I rang to check and got a "it should be" rather than "it will be", however it always turns up on time, so no complaints... Ta

Really helpful when I rang to adjust my order over the telephone. Delivered to timescale and arrived well packaged and everything I had ordered was present and correct.

We are just about to re-fit our second bathroom using your shower kits. Product is great, and delivery service good, but 2 bits of feedback; 1 No assistance with finding 'safe' cleaning products meant we were obliged to buy and test - recommendations would be a big help 2 The requirement to check and report faults within 24 hours of delivery just doesn't work. It is surely much better that it remains safely packaged until installed? David Farrer

After a few issues with our old tiles a new and more modern approach was required and Celplas came to the rescue, all turned up as described and now looks great, Shower now back in action, Thanks
