Have used this company twice recently and would use them again delivery was excellent arrived within a couple of days excellent service i would recommend this company to anyone I panelled a wet room then the shower packed up and i had to rip off 3 panels I bought 6 replacement panels but when I opened them they were a different shade when I phoned and spoke to the manager Paul he managed to find 3 panels which matched my original panels and sent them to me free of charge that's what I call excellent service

Good prices and speedy service

Firstly I must say that I cannot fault the order and delivery service. Both were prompt and very good. If I was rating on this alone it would have been 4 or 5 stars. My rating however takes into account the condition of the delivered product. On opening the package the top panel was damaged with a deep circular dent approximately 15mm in diameter. On inspection, this dent was repeated on every panel except one. Every panel also had some degree of damage to the "tongues" that locate into the groove of adjacent panels (broken sections). Fortunately the dent was on the reverse side of the panels and not the face side and I had ordered sufficient overage to account for the damaged tongue sections. Normally I would have made a complaint and had the product replaced, but because of a time constraint and the fact that the problems could be worked around, I didn't on this occasion. It seems unlikely that the dents were due to packaging as they ran through the panels in exactly the same place on the rear side. The tongue damage however could have been due to packaging as the cardboard was ripped in some places. So, very good service but a question mark relating to quality control.

What a find! This company actually cares about it's customers! Ordered a sample on line ....arrived within 72 hours. Placed an order for cladding and accessories delivered within 72 hours! Slight damage reported when received. I kept the delivery and they promised to make up any shortage I might have. True to their word they have sent me extra panels and some additional accessories FOC. They actually do what they promise! !! Products and prices excellent too. THANKS AND WELL DONE CELPLAS would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Delivery etc all very good. Product a bit more fragile than I expected, a lot of the ends were unusable, thankfully I rounded up my measurements so had enough. The corners were gard to get in & using a paint scraper as advisec worked on some, but damaged the corner runner in tightplaces. All in all tho easy (ish) to put up, I did it alone took a while between balancing & longest, hardest were corners. I ended up making the leftover into a bath panel to match walls. Drilled two finger holes in end panel so all can be removed to store things. All good. Thanks.

It was bought to line a damp mouldy 1930's bathroom, which would otherwise have needed gutting back to brickwork, plastering and re-tiling. Quickie solution pattern and over-clad. The prompt service and swift postage was fantastic, BUT, the product was damaged in transit. Because I didn't open the package immediately it was delivered I supposed I waived my rights to complain. Additionally the edge mouldings are made of very fragile 'crispy' plastic, and are prone to snapping. Hey ho with a bit of redesign and a lot of luck I got over the problem. Advice, order sufficient to allow for a bit of wastage. And open the packages as they are delivered. Celplas customer service.. spot on 100% 5*. The product's a bit naff, but 'horses for courses', it looks good when it's installed, and it's cheap as chips. So I give that a 3.5*. Overall 4.5*'s

I ordered the three sided shower inclosure, extra panel and various trims, all came well boxed and prompt, on examination one panel was damaged and was quickly replaced with no hassle at all. I only have one slight negative and that is the separate trim items seem to be of various shades of white but I'm happy with the Finnish overall, will use again for my main bathroom

Dont usually order online when getting cladding , but prices are that good compared with other suppliers. Easy enough to order online , arrived in 2 days. Checked parcels for damage as there seamed to be alot of dents on cardboard , unfortunately one had gone through and damaged 4 boards. Contacted celplas and was instructed to send photos, sent photos and got a reply from celplas within the hour , they were sending out another 4 boards , got them next working day. Unfortuanately when the delivery courier deliver these , they do so with one man ,nearly three metres long and weigh quite alot , sums up why damage to box but celplas excellent customer service and product , will be back many thanks
