I had a great experience using Livible to store my things this summer. Setting up my pick-up was super easy and the actual pick-up appointment was very quick and seamless. Excellent service, will definitely use Livible again.

This was super easy and cheaper than other places in my town. I signed up online and easily got an appointment. 15 minutes before they arrived I received a text from the driver with his picture. The two young men were polite, easy to talk to and best of all efficient. I will be recommending Livible without question.

We had a great experience with Livible! They were very responsive and communicated well with us. They adjusted the time of pick up to an earlier time slot to accommodate our schedule! The guys who came to pick up our daughter’s college items were nice and friendly. They communicated how the process worked, specifically with the payment and scheduling a delivery date. They handled our daughter’s things with care!

Nate and Kevin were very friendly and professional. They efficiently tagged all of my items and filled me in on how storing with them works. Then, they took all of my things out to the truck. They took about 20 minutes to process all 15 of my items. Overall, a great experience, and I am looking forward to drop-off when my storage time is over.

The best way to store anything in Boston. Patryk gave me a heads up right on time before he arrived, carefully took each box and item, and did all the work to load them up in his van/truck (which is surprisingly Aesthetic). I had extra boxes than initially planned and that was no problem. Thank you!
