My mom used Livible when she moved to Boston and recommended it to me three years later when I joined her in Massachusetts. The enrollment for me was incredibly easy and I continue to be impressed by their site’s and app’s helpful resources (like where to get boxes near you etc) and easy user experience. For example, I like that I can see a list and photo of all my things in their inventory. Pat, Isaiah and John were punctual, polite and respectful of my things when they came to pick up my things. They were patient when I started picking out things to keep at the last minute. I liked how fast and easy it was from the minute I signed up to the moment they were driving away and I had that room back. I don’t know if they’re the cheapest guys on the block but they definitely have the best service and take the headache out of moving your stuff into storage. I can’t recommend Livible highly enough, just a great concept stacked with great customer service.

Brandon and Elijah texted me when they arrived and all I had to do was bring my boxes down and they loaded it into the truck it was so easy.

It was a pleasure to have the Livible crew come help us move. We did the packing and they did all the heavy lifting then hauled it away to storage in just a few hours. Super nice and helpful team, worked well together and enjoyed what they were doing. Much easier then having to haul and load a storage unit ourselves. We would use them again and highly recommend them!

When other startups or moving services let you down, turn to Livible - or better yet try them first. My first company canceled and Livible worked with me to find a time to make a quick move. We knocked out the project in 2 hours between 9-11am and I was able to go about my day. The team even helped me pack up the last few boxes and items I didn't finish sealing myself. Victor, Sam, and Cristian we're extremely helpful. I would absolutely hire this team and company again.

I recently had Livible pick up some furniture to store. Their concept was new and innovative charging by the piece dimensions. Victor and Christian showed up on time and literally took pictures of every item, and then wrapped them multiple times over. They could not have been more courteous while doing the job as well as exhibiting carefulness every step of the way. After they left, I received the cost of the move and storage, and it was at a big saving over other movers. Do not hesitate in using Livible, you will be more than pleased with the experience.
