Great experience overall with Livible. The idea of an elastic storage environment with pay-for-use billing is perfect in our on-demand era. The app is easy to use and intuitive. Everyone I interacted with set the bar high for Customer Service. Elise was a big help sending me labels to get everything sorted. Tony helped schedule the pickup, and was able to offer a more convenient time. Brandon and Bryan were quick, friendly and professional on the pickup. Thanks for the great service - highly recommend!

On May 24th, Bryan & Antonio from the Livible team assisted in moving a bunch of my furniture & boxes into storage. They were prompt, courteous & hard working. I just finished my pickup with Livible and could not be more thrilled! Leading up to the move, I needed to reschedule and Andrew and Carlton were fantastic and were able adjust to better fit my schedule... the day before! Carlton, Brock and Pat took great care wrapping and carrying my items, and I should mention that Carlton squeezed into the best parallel parking spot I've ever seen in the city. The team wrapped and moved *everything* in my 1 bedroom apartment in under 2.5 hours, and ultimately turned a very stressful experience into something painless! Thank you so much!

Trevor offered an above and beyond experience at Livible. He was able to accommodate my needs with scheduling a pick up on a very busy day. My son said the pick up person was nice and professional and completed the pick up in an orderly manner, labeling and scanning all the boxes for storage. Thank you LIVIBLE!

I had a great experience getting my stuff picked up. Brock, Carlton, Pat and Kevin showed up not just on time but early — truly unheard of in my experience with movers — and were professional, efficient, and great. The whole experience was a breeze for me. I was especially impressed with how they tagged every item. I was also impressed with the customer service I received from Andrew beforehand, who was very quick and responsive to all my questions. Thanks! I would definitely recommend.

The guys that picked up at my apartment were great. Quick and efficient. They sealed any doubts I had about Livible and I'll be excited to use the service again.

I just got my things picked up, the guys that came we’re super nice and helpful. I just had to pick everything and they took care of the rest. Will have to wait to get my things back in a few months to give a complete review but up till now it’s been awesome and super easy.

Seamless pickup! The team (Pat, Carlton, Brock, and John) were courteous, professional, and efficient in their pickup. I really appreciated how all furniture was wrapped or blanketed, and no accidental wall banging. Very careful with glass items as well. I especially appreciate the complete absence of grumbling about the significant number of stairs they had to handle (I'm fourth floor of a walkup!). Though I can't comment on storage and delivery yet, pickup was a breeze!

Victor, Jermaine, Christian and Sam did a fantastic job. Super nice, efficient and over 50 items of different shapes and sizes moved around one hour.
