I have a simple switch for electricity provider I’ve received 5 phone calls in 24 hours, multiple emails, a sales pitch for utilities I have told them I do not have and an invite to a hub that I do not need. None of these are joined up, my number has been shared across multiple agencies of the company with no join up so the contact has been bordering on harassment.

He contacted me after i filled in a compare web site for Broadband, it was a very busy week for me, Uvais gave me the information and pricing I needed, he quickly sent emails with full details of his offer when I requested, he was patient when I asked for contact in a day or two and when he did ring back and I was busy, without being pushy at any point he delayed and rang back when I asked. Totally professional and helpful, I took out a contract with him for this very reason, even though my existing supplier offered a similar deal, as they were pushy I went with Uvais. Thank you

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025You can improve by not lying. In your quote you stated, in relation to wholesale water charges: "These typically go up, adjusted by around RPI each April". You would have known that Thames Water will be increasing charges over the next five years by 35%, which is much more than the expected rate of inflation measured by RPI. What worries me is how stupid you must be to make such obviously untrue statements, which can be checked in a moment. I presume your CEO, Philip Foster, is aware of this. If not, he should be.
