United Kingdom | 12 February 2025This has been going on for four months now! All you get is lies and dishonesty! Thank god I recorded all my calls for social media! I genuinely do believe whilst I may be only one small business they have nearly ruined, there must be hundreds more! The worst thing is their CEO Phillip Foster prides himself on leading this dishonesty from the top all the way down! Most of you will not know this but you cannot report them to anybody! Again they pride themselves on this method of sales and customer service as they know they are in their own words untouchable. I do believe even if only of a few of us did a class legal action about our experiences the modelling, false advertising they must eventually be held accountable! Any new small businesses should ask these questions when negotiating a possible switch! They even informed me based on the all the sales advisor Imran had lied and was given feedback! Feedback? So they are admitting he lied and feedback was given! So be careful as when you agree and do not garner the relevant answers you will be in a mess like myself! I have no reason to be dishonest! However if I have to liquidate my business it will be solely down to LOVE ENERGY SAVINGS and their total dishonesty! I can go to the ombudsman for Gas and Electricity! However my water they now state they do not deal with! I was moving from clear business who did all three and I have proof they were supposed to switch all three! Now whilst they admit they have it as I do on recordings they are saying well nothing we can do now! Even though Rachel in customer care promised me she would sort the whole complaint out! Well Imran, Rachel, Phillip Foster stop making out you care are reputable and honest! I have enough proof to totally challenge these statements! No point anybody trying to go through to customer care when they send their generic response on here! It simply just does not exist! They will do nothing even if they claim they will! Do yourselves a favour and avoid any upset, frustration, and especially this company and go to one that is accountable! If you don’t believe me when I type that they are untouchable by regulators then ask them! Most other brokers pride themselves on being honest and accountable hence why they will advertise this! Phillip Foster and Love Energy do not and will not promote this as they cannot! Equally they will not like it if you dared to challenge them on it!
