agreeing a new deal was quick and easy although the paperwork side was slightly complicated due to an old address coming through on the admin system. all sorted fairly quickly though.

LOVE ENERGY HAVE COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY CONTRACT. I HAD 2 PROPERTIES WITH DIFFERENT RENEWAL DATES AND POINTED THIS OUT. WHEN I RECEIVED A CONTRACT FOR ONLY ONE PROPERTY I WAS ASSURED BOTH PROPERTIES HAD THE SAME RENEWAL DATE. I AM NOW BEING CHARGED PREMIUM RATES ON ONE CONTRACT. I DO NOT KNOW WHY I USED THEM AS THEY MESSED UP LAST YEAR. RENEWAL DONE UNDER PRESSURE AS I HAD FLU AND URGED TO RENEW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. TRIED TO CANCEL AN HOUR AFTER AND WAS REFUSED

Timely contact to sort out new contract. Clear explanation of terms. Rang back later to confirm contract able to speak to same representative that remembered our previous conversation. Contract emailed, signed and completed while agent on phone to ensure all OK.
