I contacted Love Energy Savings as a contract for business electricity was coming to an end. Rebekah was really clear about the process and updates were sent very promptly. They came up with a competitive quote and explained what I should expect when the new contract is coming up for renewal. There was one glitch as the supplier they initially recommended doesn't actually cater for this type of business (communal electricity for a block of flats) and we had to re-start. I feel Love Energy Savings should have known this in advance and avoided the hassle, hence 4 rather than 5 stars.
