Decent service, good prices and efficient sign up made the whole thing pretty pain free.

Not happy that the contract involves no chance to contact the supplying business. Was not what was wanted or sold to me. No interest from this business after the sale. Dreadful

Extremely helpful rep, after a lot of very bad communication with our current supplier it was a breath of fresh air. Just waiting for it to be set up now, which hopefully will be very smooth.

No issues with Liam G who was efficient and courteous but I was hounded by the company with phone calls about renewing, only to find new contract doesn’t start until Sept 2025. When I was invited to renew and choose my plan online, I wasn’t able to complete it online.

Saved me money on the same package, not to be sniffed at. Polite and friendly service, call quality not so good, very crackly, occasionally intermittent and hard to hear at times.
