Installers asked if they shld wear a mask when arrived, which was disappointing, as of course they should in lockdown. Washing machine great, very pleased. Would use Optimum again, yes, and have done previously too.

On the last occasion, I had a problem relating to an old ‘fridge/ freezer and fitting a replacement one in an existing fitted kitchen. Mel was excellent! He researched the correct split for the model and offered suitable matches for the replacement. He gave us price ranges and availability timescales. Proper customer satisfaction.

The 2 men who delivered the American fridge/freezer were most helpful and diligent regarding getting the item into the house without any damage to furniture, property or the fridge freezer. They took away all the rubbish. Excellent service from beginning to end.

United Kingdom | 20 January 2021Just as lockdown ends is not an ideal time for your cooker to give up but the staff in the showroom were extremely helpful in sourcing a cooker that could be delivered within 48 hours. The guys were fantastic considering it was pouring with rain. They were cheerful and soon installed the new cooker. Great service with a cheerful smile.
