Fitters did a good job in dealing with non ideal wiring for a built-in fridge.

Very pleased with the excellent customer service from help with choosing the best models to fit my requirements from southwick branch through to delivery. I was so impressed with the delivery team who delivered and installed the fridge & washing machine i actually rang the Haywards heath branch to pass on my comments as they were so helpful, kind and courteous. Competitive prices. Will use again and have also purchased oven & hob in the past.

Friendly Knowledgable staff for who nothing was too much trouble. A big bonus was storing the goods until the builder was ready for them.

The staff from sales through to fitters were helpful and courteous. Delivery time was reasonable and as promised a phone call was made giving notice of the approximate arrival time. Fitters ensured that the appliance was operational before they left.

We purchased an AEG cooker. We found it was defective Optimum replaced It in three days. Excellent and friendly service which I am sure I would not have got if I used the internet!

Barrie always did his best to undercut even the keenest internet prices. He did so without prompting, which saved a lot of legwork. They knew their stuff, unlike the Saturday staff you get to deal with in Curry’s! Optimum stored our appliances until we needed them during our building project. Couldn’t fault them really.
