Really first class service from start to finish. Heather in the sales office was infinitely patient with me over several visits and many phone calls emails and texts as I faffed about trying to choose all the items for my new kitchen. She could not have been more helpful and she gave such good advice showing a really excellent knowledge of the products. The prices were good and the delivery went smoothly too. I am so appreciative of the service offered by Optimum. Many thanks to them, they were such a help.

Extremely helpful in explaining differences in washing machines. Arranged delivery of new machine and removal of old one for next day. Delivery persons, very helpful, on time and phoned us to say on their way. Good 5* service all round.

Very helpful staff - when there was a problem with the machine at first, an engineer came almost straight away.

Order taken efficiently. Product arrived on time. Delivery arranged to suit us. Delivery people were efficient. The over large continental plug proved difficult to position the freezer so the men changed it for a British plug with no fuss. What more could one ask of a company. I would recommend them and use them again .

Very quick in ordering our new AEG built in oven. Confirmed instal date and time met. Installers fitted new oven but unit wouldn't slide fully back due to the "flexible" rubber gas hose. Had to call out a corgi gas engineer.... he was not happy that the Optimum installers had gone ahead as the gas hob is supplied via a flexible gas hose. Apparently FLEXIBLE gas pipes no longer legal. So had to call out a Corgi / gas safe engineer at additional cost pay for a fixed gas feed....

The item arrived on time and as described. Due to a change in location we collected the washing machine from their van. They were helpful and assisted us to load it onto our vehicle.
