I recently purchased a range cooker and was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff that when my washing machine needed replacing just a couple of weeks later, Optimum was without hesitation, my first choice to purchase a replacement. I would recommend Optimum to anyone.

Nice and easy purchase and good installation

I admit my kitchen is rather old, and to put in a new fitted kitchen appliance into my MFI (yes it was that long ago) kitchen posed the engineers with a difficult installation. However, they obtained the parts necessary for this problematical delivery, and did the job of a plumber. And after they solved this problematical kitchen, a couple of hours after they had arrived, my new dishwasher was working brilliantly. I don't think that if I had bought from a chain I would have received such good service. They could have quite easily shrugged their shoulders and said, 'Well, it's your problem now,' and left me to arrange a plumber and spend weeks sorting it out. As it was, they went beyond what could have been expected of them. Yes, you might find the appliance cheaper online, but would you get such excellent service in installation?

I had a washing machine delivered.men were polite and put washing machine where I wanted it. Took all packaging away. Great service.

We had a new hob fitted by optimum. A good job was done, but the workman broke outr dust pan and brush and left his muddy footprints everywhere. No sign of a new dust pan and brush despite assurances it would be replaced. So 3 instead of 5 stars

customer service very good and the guys that took away the old machine and fitted the new one were very efficient.

The oven was delivered on Saturday afternoon and when my installer unwrapped it today, the induction hob is heavily scratched. A replacement cannot be supplied until next Saturday. I was told at first not to use it but when I said I have no other means of cooking, I was told to use it. This is probably more a matter for you and AEG but it is disappointing that I still have not got the cooker properly in place.

I ordered a new tumble dryer over the phone - great service and also booked a disconnection of old appliance & fitting of the new one. All done quickly & competently. Minimal wait for delivery. Would definitely recommend Optimum, thanks to all.

Our purchase of a new oven went very smoothly, and after a little breaking in (mainly of our own brains!), WE HAVE AN EXCELLENT FUNCTIONING OVEN.
