Outstanding experience

Want to give them 0 stars based on my experience but since one can only give 1. They lotted me extremely high $400+ for just homepage simple editing and running meta ads with no results and sales wasted all my money for nothing like money heist. They have no professional behaviour and no experience of digital marketing. Don't know how to deal with customers and act cheap afterwards by asking me for another shot to give them money for what usa based export campaigns or bring them client for running their export business campaigns like they trap me and promise me 10% commission for every single client i bring. Total waste of money will recommend to negative people of my life. Don't trust their google reviews it's full of google reviews and ratings filled by themselves at first I thought it's based on their excellence but it's just waste of your motivation, interest, time & money if you select them for your business services.

navicosoft customer care very helpful and professional

I was told I could upgrade a VPS v3 to 8G RAM and 100G SSD which is why I agreed to purchase. It was not possible after which I was told I could purchase the correct config at an outrageous price. I asked them to send me a quote an perhaps options for discount for term and never heard back. I cancelled the service requesting my money back and still no response.

It's rare to find such a bad VPS/RDP service nowadays. Payment made yesterday and after almost 20 hours and few replies there is still nothing. I was assured that service will be ready 5-8 hours after payment. However just an empty promise. I will continue using automated services that deliver almost instantaneous Customer support is non existent. Very disappointing experience

Trusted hosting, with very fast support.

I waited for my VPS for 5 days only to find out that Navicosoft resells other providers' VPSes. Got an awful VPS with terrible speed(10mbps) and latency of 300ms. I asked them for a refund the same moment but they refused multiple times. Unfortunately, I paid with crypto so can't create a chargeback or a dispute with them to involve third party in resolving this. They are Pakistan-based company so don't expect any consumer protection either. I will never use any service from any person related to them.

i made and order for two ksa v4 product in the last 30th and got it in the 5th (its not the problem that i already got it late 5 days) the problem is i still cant use any of the products i got from youre website and i payed full price on it and didnt get what i paid for i been trying with their support on the webchat and none of them could help me

The service is extremely poor. Each time I wait for a customer service response, it takes more than a day. Reporting an issue takes over a week to resolve, and it's still not fixed. If I weren't required to give at least one star, I wouldn't even give one. This is a terrible hosting provider.
