The furniture, though in my opinion was expensive, it is good quality, assembly is required but everything went together beautifully. The table came initially without the legs, which was slightly frustrating but a quick call put it to rights, Good customer service, and a no nonsense attitude by the lady that handles your calls, refreshing in this day and age. Would deal with them again after my experience.

Extremely happy with the levels of service. The product purchased was reduced in price a number of days after I had made the purchase. I requested a partial refund to reflect the reduction in price and this was agreed immediately. A gesture of goodwill not seen much these days !

The plants delivered we well packaged and very healthy. It was a quick way of buying guaranteed plants which will enhance my garden. I have used this company before and will definitely use them again.

Garden furniture received well packed. However service from delivery company poor. We were supposed to receive a call from them to arrange delivery - this did not happen - just lucky we were in!! The driver was the most unhelpful I have ever encountered. He only wanted to drop the goods where he wanted - not where we would have liked them dropped. Then was very reluctant to wait whilst we unpacked an checked the goods. I have complained to Allinone Customer Services - but have yet to receive a reply.

I have ordered a number of items now from All in One through its online shop. They were all delivered first think the following day - in one case within 18 hours of placing the order. There's nothing more to be said really - excellent service, no issues, no problems. Can't see how they could have done it any better.

I don't do a huge amount of gardening but have revamped what we have over the last 12 months and always use All-In-One. They are very helpful, always on hand to give advice should you need it. They have useful special offers and had a great BOGOFF on hanging baskets during this month. It's worth getting their loyalty card too to build up points. I recently ordered a water feature and all went very well, the only thing that slipped was I did not get a call from the Courier 1 hour before delivery as promised and this is not All-In-One's fault. I ordered through All-In-One as their sales people (head office) were the most knowledgeable and helpful and were fantastic at making sure my loyalty points were credited to my card. Thank you!

I did a bit of searching and found All-In-One to be the cheapest price, and delivery was free for this item. Would certainly check their prices out for my next shopping trip.

Ordered the Weber BBQ from All-in-one, as it was the best price I could find, although the description was limited, the picture showed the model with a lid thermometer. Transaction went well and item was delivered as expected, free delivery was great, plenty of e-mail communication, I was pleased to find the BBQ it had been assembled for me, whether it was because it had been used as a display model I dont know, how ever good product and if it was you wouldn't know, or this could be a service they give to all, item well packaged. I was a little disapointed to find no lid thermometer as expected, with that said I accepted that for the price and the lack of description I would not make a fuss, I have used the BBQ once and happy and on reflection it dont really need a thermometer. Overall good service from this company and would use them again.

I sent you a Email informing you that one of the brackets on the clock was Broken but we fixed it are selves As for delivery and service first class and yes I would buy from you again As for the weld on the clock you would never have spotted it unless you had opened the packing on the Clock I just though you should know Just in case you get any more with the weld broken Yours Mr J McClurg

I wanted to buy 24 sand animals with a sea life theme for a Brownie pack holiday. They are to be given as small token presents so I didn't want to pay too much. I couldn't find anything in my price range and was about to give up when I found the website for All-In-One. At just 99p each, the animals are brilliant value, are really well made and look as if they cost more. All-In-One sorted out the sea life themed animals for my order as requested. Delivery was very efficient. I would definitely recommend to others.
