I ordered a set of garden chairs and a small fold up table and the parcel was very quickly dispatched and promptly delivered. The packaging was outstanding but unfortunately somehow one chair had a damaged foot. I telephoned customer services and a replacement was immediately dispatched the following day in perfect condition. I can certainly recommend this company for it's efficient, excellent service and I'm delighted with my garden furniture.

The velcro tapes were machined / sewn on without reversing to face of application, therefore , for the velcro tapes to mate and stick, one of the tapes has to be twisted. I found the ash tray for my BBQ on the web site which was easy to navigate. Selecting correct delivery option was a little awkward but item delivered in good order on time. We were out at time of delivery by parcel Force so item was delivered to local post office for collection. This was Ok except local post office in centre of Truro and no parking nearby.

Exactly as described good value for money, came well packed and very pleased with purchase.

The Hartman Amalfi table and chairs are great. This was not a surprise as we checked out the quality at a local. garden centre. However Allinone delivered the patio set to us for a full £100 less than the local garden centre and delivery was free as well. Thedelivery Contractor was good as well doing exactly as promised. The only drawback was the 6am delivery time they offered. Not a big problem though. I would recommend Allinone to anyone wanting a similar product.

Ordered a Meco barbecue and accessories on the Friday and received the package on Wednesday morning. Well packaged and everything ordered was in the package. Can't ask fairer than that !

The buying experience and swiftness of delivery were perfect, however the legs of the BBQ were corroded slightly as it looked as the box had been stored in damp conditions. As its an outdoor item its not a big problem to me
