ordered the elegant(real) Fraser Fir for the first time. It arrived, as promised two days later. Very well priced. Elegant and understated appearance, much more suited to the space available in today's houses. Narrow at base, tall and slim; smells of Christmas too. I will buy one again next year

Have now purchased 2 prelit Colorado spruce trees, 1 slim and 1 standard for my daughter. Both look great and this is my 2nd year with the slim one with no problems like dodgy lights! The web site is great and gives clear pictures and info on each tree to make it easy to choose when you can't see it in person. The delivery was very quick with clear information given as to when to expect delivery. All in all a great web shopping experience.

Delivery arrived much sooner than I anticipated and products were better than I saw online (I didn't know my stocking hangers lit up!). Only bad thing is that one of them was in two bits, but I fixed it with a bit of craft glue! Otherwise it was all good! :)
